Office Administrator
Zeritis Group is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join its Athens-based team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be providing administrative support, assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks, and playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining the firm’s hard copy & digital archive, ensuring all documentation is filed properly
- Taking minutes of meetings; monitoring progress by tracking project activity
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing email correspondence
- Organizing travel and accommodation for the company’s staff
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendors
- Providing ad-hoc support for the company’s staff
- Running external errands
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in general business, law, philology or other related subject
- Previous experience in secretarial and/or administrative support
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools
- Fluent in Greek and English
