BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

REAL ESTATE / Hungary

The Zeritis Group, shareholder of a major waste paper recycling company and owner of commercial and industrial real estate properties in Hungary, is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator. The Group is transforming from a small business to an organization with a corporate structure and is looking for an individual that is willing to play an important role in developing the business unit located in Hungary.

Position Requirements

– BSc from a reputable university, preferably in Civil Engineering. MBA is considered a plus
– Fluent in English, written and spoken
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Strong organizational, problem solving and project management skills
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Detail oriented, but able to quickly grasp the big picture
– 2+ years of work experience ideally from an industrial or real estate company, with technical and/or commercial background;
experience in property management is an advantage

Main responsibilities

– Coordinate real estate maintenance & investment projects from offer collection to project delivery
– Liaise with relevant stakeholders (tenants, brokers, suppliers, staff) and help in organizing the workflow of business operations
– Actively participate in real estate marketing communication tasks
– Support in identifying and acquiring new local sources for the waste paper recycling unit, in line with the business plan
– Assist in sales/purchasing administration tasks of existing and potential partners of the waste paper recycling unit
– Participate in cost reduction projects and support the creation of incentive schemes to improve productivity
– Actively support projects aiming at rationalizing operations and increasing efficiency
– Participate and assist in the creation of business plans
– Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing requested tasks

Based in Szentendre, Hungary, the Business Operations Coordinator will be reporting to the country Business Operations Manager.
