Office Administrator

Zeritis Group is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join its Athens-based team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be providing administrative support, assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks, and playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining the firm’s hard copy & digital archive, ensuring all documentation is filed properly
  • Taking minutes of meetings; monitoring progress by tracking project activity
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing email correspondence
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for the company’s staff
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendors
  • Providing ad-hoc support for the company’s staff
  • Running external errands

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in general business, law, philology or other related subject
  • Previous experience in secretarial and/or administrative support
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related tools
  • Fluent in Greek and English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task effectively
