Zeritis Business Park Szentendre has a long and meaningful history. Back in 1948, the site operated as a paper mill under the Hungarian government. For decades, it was a vital part of the region’s industrial activity and played a central role in local manufacturing.
Today, the plot has been transformed into a business park where various small and medium-sized businesses are able to realize their goals in a collaborative and supportive community.
The plot features a broad range of available spaces to meet different business needs. Approximately 60 tenants are currently operating within the plot, including companies engaged in activities such as warehousing, industrial production, retail, office use and recreation.
We continue to invest in the property with the aim of improving the premises for our tenants and upgrading our business park as a whole. Over the years, several renovation works and interior modifications have been carried out to enhance the buildings energy class and aesthetics. These interventions contribute to a more modern and pleasant work environment, tailored to the functional needs of each space.
