Belovo Paper Mill is pleased to announce its agreement with BOSCH for the procurement, installation and commissioning of a state-of-the-art steam boiler. The new boiler with an economizer and a steam output of 16 tons per hour is expected to increase efficiency to 95% and minimize NOx and CO2 emissions, as a means of meeting the latest EU regulations.
The investment is in line with the company’s vision of forming a lean and efficient operation with an increasing output.
“We are pleased to have entered into our first cooperation with BOSCH. The investment is set to lower the mill’s natural gas consumption, increase the quality of the steam produced and subsequently allow for the increase of the speed of the paper machines.”, said Kalin Yonov, CEO of Belovo Paper Mill.
Jordan Mitov, Mill Manager of Belovo Paper Mill, added: “The investment is in line with the target of enabling the mill’s two VOITH paper machines to reach their full capacity. Simultaneously, the mill shall improve its energy efficiency and reduce its emissions, always having in mind an eco-friendly operation.“
