Zeritis Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Georgios Bakos as General Manager effective May 13th, 2019. He will succeed in the position Mr. Konstantinos Karagiannis, who has successfully steered the Group throughout its latest quests.
Mr. Bakos overtakes the position as an experienced manager with strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of family business development. Mr. Bakos has held positions in leading companies including KPMG, as part of the company’s family business practice, Plural Telecom, Sfakianakis Group of Companies and Inchcape – Toyota Hellas. In his new role, his will be responsible to steer the Group throughout the upcoming years of growth.
Commenting on Mr. Bakos’ appointment, Mr. Dimitris Zeritis and Mr. Georgios Zeritis, Co-Heads of Business Development at Zeritis Group mentioned:

Outgoing Group CEO, Mr. Konstantinos Karagiannis shall remain as a non-executive advisor to the Group and support the transition.
