On March 2^nd 2018, Zeritis Group signed a long term lease with Schwaben-paper, a company specialized in the production of paper pallets. The tenant aims to perform renovation works and upgrade the building, in order to utilize it as its central warehouse unit.

Konstantinos Karagiannis, Chief Executive Officer at Zeritis Group commented: “Through this deal, Zeritis Group proves its commitment to developing its plot in Szentendre and to diversifying its revenue base. Besides Budafok Recycling, a waste paper recycling unit, and BRD Papir, a tissue paper converting unit, the plot now has another player from the paper industry. The co-existence of tenants from the same business sector in the same area may create synergies, establishing potentially a cluster for paper companies in the future. This gives a competitive edge to our plot, which still presents other industrial and commercial development opportunities.”
